Job summary

IKC seeks a Centre Manager / Nurse Manager to lead the nursing and administrative team in delivering safe, patient-centred haemodialysis care while ensuring MOH licensing and IKC standards.

The role covers clinical governance, centre operations, people management, training and development, patient services and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on quality, safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board and a valid Practising Certificate.
• Post-basic qualification in Renal/Nephrology Nursing preferred.
• At least 5 years of haemodialysis nursing experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Sound knowledge of HCSA and MOH regulatory requirements for dialysis centres.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing and administrative teams to ensure safe, patient-centred haemodialysis care.
• Manage day-to-day centre operations, scheduling and capacity.
• Ensure MOH licence compliance and readiness for inspections.
• Maintain incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment, consumables and facilities.
• Oversee IT and data management in line with PDPA and IKC policies.
• Prepare regular operational, clinical and financial reports.
