Job summary

SATA COMMHEALTH is seeking a Clinical Service Associate to assist the nursing team in the Kidney Dialysis Centre, delivering patient care while upholding infection control and safety standards.

The role involves preparing dialysis machines, managing consumables, and maintaining a clean, safe treatment environment. It requires initiative, reliability, and good collaboration with the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate in Healthcare Support.
• Preferably with experience in dialysis setting.
• Independent, self-driven.
• Good time management skills.
• Collaborate well with others.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of the dialysis machine.
• Removal of medical consumables items from dialysis machine.
• Perform machine, dialysis chair and patient environment external disinfection.
• Ensure equipment is clean, safe and in good working order and reports any defects to in-charge.
• Assisting on stocks management e.g., adequate, correct and appropriate stocks.
• Assisting patients pre or post treatment if needed e.g., assist patient out and into the wheelchair, assist to take the weight, etc.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the treatment and non-treatment areas.
• Perform proper floor mopping, waste management and patients' toilets cleaning in the absence of the cleaner
