You will establish policies, procedures and internal controls, monitor performance and propose actionable improvements, while building strong stakeholder relationships to support strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in business development, project management and stakeholder communication in healthcare.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Degree in any business field or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning to grow Diagnostics services.
• Participate in public and private tenders, drafting proposals and costs.
• Establish policies, procedures and internal controls for the unit.
• Monitor performance and recommend improvements.
• Lead or participate in management projects and initiatives.
