Job summary

RM is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to support its RM Assessment platform in Singapore. The role involves maintaining infrastructure, automating deployments, and ensuring reliability across cloud-native environments. You will work with cross-functional teams to enable secure software delivery and scalable systems in a global context.

The position emphasizes incident management, collaboration with global teams, and ongoing modernization of deployment pipelines and cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience resolving incident tickets within SLAs.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and deployments.
• Experience with Azure hosted infrastructure and AKS.
• Familiarity with Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud tooling.
• Basic Linux administration and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd line support for awarding bodies and marking centers.
• Collaborate with the RM Helpdesk to create technical documentation
• Communicate clearly with customers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Log defects and escalate to RM resolver groups.
• Assist with peak workloads at marking centers.
• Coordinate with global technical and operations teams.
• Prepare for customer marking sessions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to improve platforms.
