Job summary

RM plc is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer in Singapore to support a high-stakes educational technology platform. You will work across RM’s global teams to maintain reliability, scalability, and secure operations across cloud and on-prem components, ensuring smooth exam marking and data services.

The role focuses on proactive and reactive maintenance, incident response, and collaboration with developers and operations to drive continuous improvement in RM’s technology stack.

Qualifications

• Experience providing 3rd line support for complex software environments.
• Strong communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms, Kubernetes and infrastructure as code.
• Proven ability to manage CI/CD pipelines and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incident tickets within contractual SLAs.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery and improve deployment.
• Manage and maintain the Azure hosted infrastructure (security audits/patching, version upgrades).
• Maintain cloud-native infrastructure using Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Deploy applications and troubleshoot deployment failures.
