Responsibilities

• Support platform engineering and developer productivity through DevOps expertise.
• Develop automation scripts, integrate REST APIs, and build custom solutions.
• Manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Pulumi, or Ansible.
• Manage large-scale AWS or Azure environments.
• Configure and manage telemetry pipelines.
• Integrate Jira Service Management (JSM), ServiceNow, or PagerDuty APIs.
• Build automated alerting, incident management, and ticketing workflows.
