Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to strengthen CI/CD pipelines, cloud operations, automation, and security across government systems. You will collaborate with software engineers, security teams, and operations to improve resilience and developer productivity.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud operations, with hands-on GitLab CI/CD and SHIP-HATS experience.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related IT field.
3+ years of relevant experience in DevOps, platform/ systems engineering, or cloud operations.
Hands-on experience designing, managing, and debugging GitLab CI/CD pipelines in enterprise/government contexts.
Experience with SHIP-HATS or similar DevSecOps delivery platforms and secure pipeline configuration.

Responsibilities

Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD and SHIP-HATS across dev, UAT, staging and production.
Implement secure deployment automation with approvals, quality gates, audit trails, and release controls.
Support AWS cloud operations and GCC environments, including config, monitoring, and production support.
Develop automation scripts, templates, runbooks, and deployment standards to reduce manual effort.
Integrate security controls in pipelines: scanning, checks, secrets management, and compliance.
Monitor system health with enterprise monitoring, dashboards, alerts, and logs.
