Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer for a 12–24 month fixed-term contract in Singapore. You will design, automate, and maintain secure infrastructure and deployment pipelines across cloud and data-centre environments.

Role requires AWS GovCloud experience, Docker/Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), and strong security practices. Collaboration in an agile team and on-call duties are expected.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines.
• Experience with AWS Government Commercial Cloud platform.
• Experience with SHIP-HATS platform.
• Strong understanding of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), ECS, Fargate AWS services.
• Experience with Git and modern branching workflows.
• Experience with disaster recovery planning, system backup, and restore processes.
• Proficient with IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Experience managing AWS cloud native databases.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring and observability tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, automate, and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
• Develop automation to deploy, manage, scale and monitor applications across data centres and cloud environments.
• Take ownership of end-to-end infrastructure and security solutions.
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines with streamlined change management and release processes.
• Develop scripts and tools to support build, integration, and deployment across environments.
• Automate configuration management of development, QA, and production workloads.
• Design, build, and monitor automation to maximize service availability and security.
• Implement security practices that comply with industry standards and protect data and infrastructure.
• Plan and monitor system security architecture including threat assessments.
• Perform security checks, vulnerability assessments, and troubleshoot incidents.
• Apply secure configurations and best practices for infrastructure and applications.
