Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking a proactive DevOps Engineer in Singapore to lead the administration, maintenance, and lifecycle management of a comprehensive DevOps toolchain. You will manage Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, Nexus, Jenkins, Ansible Automation Platform, and SonarQube to ensure high availability, security, and efficiency.

What you do

Tool Administration & Maintenance:

Administer and maintain all DevOps tools including Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, Nexus, Jenkins, Ansible Automation Platform, and SonarQube.

Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of these platforms.

Upgrades & Patch Management:

Plan and execute regular upgrades and patches for all tools and underlying infrastructure.

Ensure tools are running on non-vulnerable versions and platforms and are free from known security issues.

Compliance & Security:

Monitor and enforce compliance with bank standard policies and industry standards.

Implement security best practices across all tools and ensure audit readiness.

Automation & Optimization:

Develop and maintain automation scripts for tool configuration, deployment, and monitoring.

Optimize tool usage and workflows to improve developer productivity and operational efficiency.

Monitoring & . Troubleshooting:

Set up proactive monitoring and alerting for tool health and performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tool integration, performance, and access.
