Qualifications

• Hands-on Kubernetes administration and deployments.
• GitOps tooling such as Argo CD or Flux experience.
• Experience with Docker and OCI containers.
• IaC experience with Terraform, Ansible or similar.
• Knowledge of observability tools (Elastic Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
• Experience with artifact repositories such as Nexus or JFrog Artifactory.
• Linux-based environment administration.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support platform services using GitOps principles and best practices.
• Design, build and enhance CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments.
• Develop automation solutions using scripting languages and IaC frameworks.
• Monitor platform performance and perform root cause analysis for reliability.
• Partner with development teams to optimize software delivery and deployment.
• Oversee deployments across development, testing, staging and production environments.
• Administer and support containerized applications and orchestration platforms.
• Implement and maintain observability capabilities (monitoring, logging, metrics, tracing).
• Participate in incident management, problem resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance and configuration management standards.
• Create, update and maintain technical documentation, runbooks and procedures.
