Job summary

ST Engineering's Digital Hub in Singapore is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our software delivery pipelines and cloud infrastructure. You will focus on automation, reliability, and scalable deployments across environments.

Responsibilities include infrastructure automation with Ansible; container orchestration with Kubernetes and Docker; CI/CD within GitLab; artifact management with Nexus3; and GitOps deployments with FluxCD or ArgoCD.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering role.
• Ability to document technical processes and infrastructure configurations.
• Understanding of GitOps principles and IaC practices (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Automation: Utilize Ansible to automate server configuration, provisioning, and application deployment across various environments.
• Container Management: Deploy, manage, and scale containerised applications using Kubernetes and Docker.
• CI/CD Pipeline Maintenance: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines within GitLab.
• Artifact Repository Management: Oversee the administration and optimization of Nexus3 for binary and artifact storage.
• Continuous Delivery: Implement and support GitOps-based deployment strategies using FluxCD or ArgoCD.
• Scripting & Tooling: Develop internal tooling and automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, and Bash to improve operational efficiency.
