Qualifications

• Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes (including EKS).
• Experience with IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalents.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, TeamCity).
• Proficient in Linux and command-line environments.
• Scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

They are looking for a hands‑on DevOps Engineer to help maintain, automate, and enhance their cloud infrastructure while supporting the delivery of highly available, scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the deployment, administration, and optimization of cloud infrastructure alongside senior DevOps engineers.
• Manage and maintain containerized workloads running on Kubernetes environments.
• Monitor infrastructure health, performance, capacity, and availability, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or similar technologies.
• Design, implement, and improve CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and production‑related issues to ensure system reliability.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and infrastructure configurations.
• Participate in an on‑call support rotation to assist with production incidents when required.
• Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to improve deployment processes and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in a DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering role.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform, preferably AWS, although experience with Google Cloud or Azure is also valued.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes (including managed Kubernetes services such as EKS), and container‑based deployments.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, TeamCity, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Linux administration and command‑line environments.
• Scripting experience using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or another automation language.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team.
• Professional certifications in cloud or DevOps technologies are advantageous but not mandatory.
