Job summary

Renrui HR is seeking a DevOps Engineer – Cloud Operations & DevOps to support overseas cloud platforms, maintain service reliability, and automate operations. You will work hands-on with cloud infrastructure, Linux systems, Docker, Kubernetes, and scripting to reduce incidents and improve efficiency.

The role focuses on incident response, root-cause analysis, documentation, and on-call coverage, with opportunities to grow in cloud operations, infrastructure automation, and production reliability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant production operations experience.
• Strong hands-on Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized environments.
• Production experience with AWS or Azure.
• Proficiency in Python or Shell scripting.
• Experience with system deployment and monitoring.
• Strong production incident-response and root-cause-analysis capabilities.
• Working proficiency in Mandarin and English.
• Strong communication and service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain cloud platforms and core infrastructure systems.
• Monitor system health, availability, and performance.
• Identify and resolve infrastructure performance bottlenecks.
• Deploy platform updates and manage operational changes.
• Respond to production incidents and restore services efficiently.
• Conduct root-cause analysis following production incidents.

• Improve existing operational processes and workflows.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and incident records.
• Support reliable operation of production cloud environments.
• Participate in a 7×24 on‑call rotation.
• Collaborate with relevant technical teams to resolve operational issues.
