SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer with strong cloud infrastructure, DevOps, observability and backend integration experience.

You will work across application and infrastructure layers to improve reliability, automate deployments and build secure integrations for modern digital applications. Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
• Around 3–5 years of relevant experience in Full-Stack Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, Application Infrastructure or Application Operations.
• Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting production applications across application and infrastructure layers.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud environments.
• Strong working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, source code management and deployment automation.
• Experience with application observability and monitoring, including logs, metrics, dashboards and alerting.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and configuration automation.
• Experience developing or supporting REST APIs and backend integrations.
• Good understanding of modern cloud-hosted application architectures.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to investigate complex technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and maintain AWS CloudWatch Synthetics Canaries and other application monitoring capabilities.
• Develop and refine automated monitoring scripts to validate application availability, functionality and performance across different environments.
• Implement health checks, dashboards, metrics, logs, alerts and performance monitoring to provide proactive visibility of application health.
• Troubleshoot application availability, performance issues, monitoring failures and false-positive alerts.
• Work closely with application teams to continuously improve observability, alerting and operational dashboards.
• Support the migration and management of CI/CD runners and deployment pipelines.
• Review existing build and deployment configurations, dependencies, credentials, environment variables and integration requirements.
• Configure, test and troubleshoot automated build and deployment processes across development, testing and production environments.
• Support the onboarding and migration of applications onto enterprise CI/CD and DevSecOps platforms.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) templates and automation scripts for consistent infrastructure provisioning and application deployment.
• Automate deployment processes to reduce manual effort and improve consistency and reliability.
• Design, develop and maintain backend services, APIs and system integrations.
• Support integration between applications, enterprise systems and authorised knowledge or data sources.
• Configure backend integration services, including MCP servers, where required for AI-enabled applications.
• Implement appropriate authentication, authorisation, API management, logging, error handling and data transformation mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot issues across application, infrastructure, deployment, networking and integration layers.
• Maintain technical documentation including system architecture diagrams, API documentation, deployment runbooks and operational procedures.

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer with strong experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, application observability and backend integration. You will work across application and infrastructure layers to improve system reliability, automate deployments, enhance monitoring, and build secure integrations for modern digital applications.

This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys working across AWS, CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, application operations and backend services.

What You’ll Be Doing
