Job summary

ONEBYZERO PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer to architect and implement scalable AWS infrastructure, automate provisioning with IaC, and build robust CI/CD pipelines.

You will monitor, optimize, and secure cloud environments while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to boost productivity. Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience or similar roles.
• Extensive AWS services experience (EC2, S3, VPC, Lambda, RDS).
• Strong IaC experience with Terraform, AWS CDK or CloudFormation.
• Proficient in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Advanced Python/Bash scripting for automation.
• Proficient in Linux system administration.
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and monitoring.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Advanced scripting skills in Python and Bash for automation and tool development.
• Expertise in Linux system administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, etc.).
• Deep understanding of networking, security practices, and monitoring in cloud environments.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Cloud Platforms: Advanced AWS Cloud expertise (EC2, VPC, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFront, etc.)
• IaC Tools: Terraform, AWS CDK, CloudFormation
• CI/CD Tools: GitHub Actions, Jenkins
• Scripting Languages: Python, Bash

• AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, SysOps Administrator, DevOps Engineer).
• Experience with serverless technologies such as AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
• Expertise with configuration management tools.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and container orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Experience with cost optimization in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior DevOps engineers and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
