Job summary

Recruit CRM is seeking a DevOps Engineer for a 12-month contract in Singapore. The role covers building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, and managing cloud infrastructure on AWS.

The candidate should have 3+ years of DevOps experience, hands-on AWS, Terraform/Ansible, and strong scripting skills. Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant DevOps experience
• Hands-on experience working on AWS
• Hands-on experience with containerization using Docker, and Kubernetes
• Good understanding of virtualization and networking concepts
• Hands-on experience with configuration management systems such as Terraform, Packer and Ansible
• Hands-on experience with production deployments such as Kubernetes and automating provisioning with IaC best practices
• Experience with Linux server administration and Bash scripting
• Knowledge of system architecture is a plus
• Experience with Prometheus, Thanos, Grafana, ELK
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies including SCRUM and KANBAN

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, Jenkins and Ansible
• Manage artifacts with JFrog and Nexus
• Monitor and observability with SonarQube, Prometheus and Grafana
• Oversee cloud infrastructure and application services on AWS
• Ensure scalable, reliable deployment architectures and IaC practices

DevOps Engineer

Position type: contract 12 months

Key Responsibilities:

GitHub, Jenkins/ Ansible, Jfrog, Nexus, SonarQube and AWS Services

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant DevOps experience
• Hands-on experience working on AWS
• Hands-on experience with containerization using Docker, and Kubernetes
• Good understanding of virtualization and networking concepts
• Hands-on experience with configuration management systems such as Terraform, Packer and Ansible
• Hands-on experience with production deployments such as Kubernetes and automating provisioning with IaC best practices. Hands-on experience in linux server administration, and shell scripting with Bash, and good to have other scripting languages.
• Knowledge in system architecture is a plus
• Has knowledge with tools such as Prometheus, Thanos, Grafana, ELK
• Experience with highly scalable distributed systems
• Breadth of knowledge - OS, networking, distributed computing, cloud computing
• Manage the operations of cloud infrastructure and application services
• Strong technical aptitude including excellent troubleshooting and communications skills
• Good understanding and working knowledge of Agile projects such as SCRUM and KANBAN
