Job summary

Renrui HR is seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE engineer to design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines across the software delivery lifecycle. You will own build, packaging, artifact management, and version releases for multiple products including platform, algorithm, and edge SDKs.

You will deploy and operate services on overseas cloud environments, ensuring high availability, monitoring, and reliable rollback capabilities, and collaborate with platform and engineering teams to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Release Engineering, Build Systems, or Delivery Platform roles.
• Proficient in Linux systems, with strong scripting skills in Shell and/or Python, and solid troubleshooting and automation capabilities.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines covering the complete software delivery lifecycle, including code integration, build, testing, packaging, deployment, and rollback processes.
• Take ownership of software build, packaging, artifact management, and version release processes for platform, algorithm, and edge-side SDK products.
• Develop and optimize standardized build and release workflows for projects based on Python, Go, C/C++, and frontend technologies.
• Deploy and maintain services on overseas cloud environments, including infrastructure configuration, networking, load balancing, monitoring, and high-availability solutions on platforms such as AWS and Alibaba Cloud.
• Support deployment and delivery of algorithm services, edge SDKs, and OTA upgrade packages, ensuring reliable version management, controlled releases, and rollback capabilities.
• Build and maintain operational systems including service monitoring, log collection, alerting, and incident response mechanisms to ensure system stability.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across infrastructure, applications, deployment pipelines, and production environments through effective root cause analysis.
• Collaborate closely with platform, algorithm, and engineering teams to establish standardized development, release, deployment, and operation practices.

Job Requirements

7. Strong understanding of production reliability practices, including monitoring, logging, alerting, rollback strategies, and high availability architecture.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally and drive engineering standardization.
