Job summary

JOBSTER PRIVATE LTD. is seeking a DevSecOps/Platform engineer in Singapore to design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines. You will implement automated gates for security and quality, automate deployments, and support multi-cloud and on-prem environments.

Strong IaC and automation experience with Terraform/OpenTofu and Ansible is required. You will work across AWS, Azure, on-prem, and hybrid stacks, continuously improving deployment reliability, security, and efficiency while enabling

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in DevSecOps, DevOps, platform engineering, or related roles.
• At least 2 years designing, building, or operating production CI/CD and deployment automation.
• Experience implementing automated testing, security, and quality gates in CI/CD.
• Experience post-deployment validation, health checks, smoke testing, or similar verification.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration automation.
• Experience building reusable pipelines used by multiple teams.
• Experience with Git-based development, code reviews, automated testing, and releases.
• Experience deploying apps/infrastructure into on-premise and/or cloud.
• AI-assisted tooling is a plus; strong DevSecOps fundamentals preferred.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in DevSecOps, DevOps, platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, SRE, software engineering, or a related role

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience designing, building, or operating production CI/CD and deployment automation

• Experience implementing automated testing, security, and quality gates within CI/CD pipelines

• Experience implementing post-deployment validation, health checks, smoke testing, or similar functional verification

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration automation

• Experience building reusable pipelines or automation used by multiple engineering teams

• Experience with Git-based development, code review, automated testing, and software releases

• Experience deploying applications or infrastructure into on-premise and/or cloud environments

• Experience troubleshooting failed builds, tests, deployments, and automation workflows

• Experience with AI-assisted software-development tools is useful but not mandatory. Strong DevSecOps fundamentals and an ability to evaluate and adopt new engineering technologies are more important.
