Job summary

Lightwheel is seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE engineer in Singapore to own build, release, and delivery pipelines across Python, Go, C/C++, and frontend projects. You will manage multi-language pipelines, automate CI/CD, and deploy to overseas clouds including AWS and Alibaba Cloud, with emphasis on reliability and rollback capabilities.

You will collaborate with platform, algorithm, and R&D teams to standardize release processes, monitor systems, and ensure high availability in production.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken).
• At least 3 years in DevOps, SRE, Release Engineering, or build/delivery platforms.
• Proficient in Linux and Shell/Python scripting with automation skills.
• Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Experience with public clouds (AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, Azure); overseas node deployment preferred.
• Hands-on build/deploy workflows for Python, Go, C/C++, or frontend (at least two).
• Strong understanding of service monitoring, logging, alerting, rollback, and high availability.
• Excellent cross-team communication to drive unified release standards.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of compilation, packaging, artifact management, and version release processes for R&D deliverables across platform, algorithm, and edge-side SDK teams.
• Establish and maintain standardized build pipelines for multi-language projects (Python, Go, C/C++, and Frontend), supporting diverse build tools including Nuitka, PyInstaller, Go build, CMake/Make, and frontend build systems.
• Manage deployment on overseas cloud infrastructure (AWS, Alibaba Cloud International), handling service deployment, network configuration, load balancing, log monitoring, and high-availability setups.
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate code commit, building, testing, packaging, deployment, and rollback workflows.
• Support complex delivery scenarios, including algorithm model services, engineering edge SDKs, and OTA upgrade packages, while establishing unified version management, gray release, and rollback mechanisms.
• Design and implement robust online monitoring, log collection, alerting, and fault-response systems to ensure the stability of overseas production environments.
• Collaborate closely with platform, algorithm, and engineering R&D teams to drive and implement standardized specifications for building, releasing, configuration management, and operations.

Job Requirements

1. Language: Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken).
2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in DevOps, SRE, Release Engineering, or build/delivery platform roles.
3. Scripting & OS: Proficient in Linux and Shell/Python scripting, with strong troubleshooting and automation skills.
4. CI/CD & Tools: Experienced with Docker, Git, and mainstream CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
5. Cloud Platforms: Skilled in at least one public cloud (AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, Azure, etc.); overseas node deployment experience is preferred.
6. Build Systems: Hands-on experience with build, packaging, and deployment workflows for at least two of the following: Python, Go, C/C++, or Frontend.
7. Stability Assurance: Deep understanding of online stability mechanisms, including service monitoring, log collection, alerting, rollback, and high availability.
8. Collaboration: Excellent cross-team communication skills with the ability to drive R&D teams toward unified release and deployment standards.
