Job summary

Sevens Group Singapore is seeking a driven and commercially minded Sales Executive to join our in-house property sales team. This developer-side role focuses on the direct marketing and sale of Sevens Group's portfolio of residential, landed and commercial properties.

You will manage prospective buyers, work with external agents, conduct property presentations and viewings, and support the full sales process from enquiry to closing.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or Sales preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills are required.
• Comfortable interacting with buyers, agents and external contacts.
• Proactive follow-up and ability to maintain an active sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming sales enquiries and qualify prospective buyers.
• Conduct property presentations, private viewings, open houses and project tours.
• Understand buyers' requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Present property features, pricing, and investment considerations professionally.
• Handle sales discussions and negotiations within approved parameters.
• Support the sales process from initial enquiry through negotiation and completion.
• Maintain strong relationships with buyers, prospects and business contacts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external property agents and agencies.
