Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned SharePoint/M365 specialist to design, develop and manage modern digital workplace solutions.

You will build intranet portals, migrate legacy platforms, and integrate with Azure services while enabling Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI to drive business outcomes. You will collaborate with stakeholders, apply AI-assisted tooling for efficiency, and contribute to governance, security and user support within an agile team.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 in enterprise settings.
• Experience configuring SharePoint on-premises incl. 2013+ versions.
• Plan, upgrade and migrate SharePoint 2013 to later versions or Online.
• Hands-on with ShareGate or similar migration tools for content and permissions.
• Build Power Apps and Power Automate workflows for process digitisation.
• Implement intranet, collaboration, document & records management with SharePoint Online.
• Proficient with SPFx, React, TypeScript, JavaScript and Graph API integration.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 with Azure services, REST APIs and enterprise apps.
• Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management and Monitor.
• Experience with VS Code, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Practical AI literacy to support analysis, design, development, testing and docs.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Power Platform capabilities: Lists, Forms and Dataverse.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate to design solutions.
• Experience delivering in Agile teams with backlog, sprints and releases.
• Strong documentation, communication and user-support skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Design, develop and administer SharePoint Online sites, intranet portals, collaboration spaces, documentlibraries, lists, permissions and information architecture.
• 2. Set up, configure and support SharePoint on-premises environment, including SharePoint 2013 and laterversions, covering farm configuration, service applications, permissions, content databases and operationalreadiness.
• 3. Plan and execute SharePoint on-premises upgrades and migrations from SharePoint 2013 to later versions orSharePoint Online, including assessment, content migration, remediation, testing, cutover planning and post migration support.
• 4. Plan and execute end-to-end migration activities from SG-DCS and other legacy SharePoint platforms toSharePoint Online, including discovery, content analysis, migration planning, remediation of unsupportedcustomisations, stakeholder engagement, migration execution using tools such as ShareGate, validation andhypercare support.
• 5. Build custom SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, TypeScript, JavaScript andMicrosoft Graph API.
• 6. Develop Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to digitise business processes, reduce manual effort andimprove operational visibility.
• 7. Implement Microsoft Lists, Microsoft Forms, Power BI and Dataverse-based solutions where appropriate tosupport business productivity and reporting needs.
• 8. Gather requirements from business stakeholders, analyse current processes and translate needs into practicalsolution designs and delivery plans.
• 9. Integrate Microsoft 365 solutions with Azure services, REST APIs and enterprise applications using AzureFunctions, Logic Apps, API Management and secure integration patterns.
• 10. Support document and records management requirements, including metadata, retention considerations, accesscontrol, auditability and compliance-aligned usage patterns.
• 11. Implement secure identity, access and application integration using Microsoft Entra ID, delegated permissions,app registrations and least-privilege practices.
• 12. Use Azure Storage, Key Vault, Azure Monitor and other Azure services to support secure, observable andmaintainable workplace solutions.
• 13. Maintain development workflows using Visual Studio Code, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Git, CI/CD pipelines, RESTAPIs and Postman.
• 14. Use AI-assisted tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio or equivalent toolsresponsibly to improve development productivity, documentation quality, testing, troubleshooting and usersupport.
• 15. Provide stakeholder engagement, user support, solution documentation, training materials and adoptionguidance to ensure workplace solutions are eƯectively used.
• 16. Work in agile delivery teams to iteratively design, build, test, release and improve digital workplace capabilitiesbased on user feedback and business outcomes.

Essential Qualifications

• 1. Minimum 3–7 years of experience developing SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 and digital workplace solutions in enterpriseenvironments.
• 2. Experience setting up, configuring and supporting SharePoint on-premises environments, including SharePoint2013 and later versions.
• 3. Experience planning and executing SharePoint upgrades and migrations from SharePoint 2013 to later versions orSharePoint Online, including migration assessment, remediation, testing and cutover support.
• 4. Hands-on experience using SharePoint migration tools such as ShareGate, Microsoft Migration Manager orequivalent tools to assess, migrate and validate content, permissions, metadata and site structures from legacySharePoint environments to SharePoint Online.
• 5. Hands-on experience building Power Apps and Power Automate workflows for business process digitisation andautomation.
• 6. Experience implementing intranet, collaboration, document management and records management solutionsusing SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• 7. Practical experience with SPFx, React, TypeScript, JavaScript and Microsoft Graph API integration.
• 8. Experience integrating Microsoft 365 solutions with Azure services, REST APIs and enterprise applications.
• 9. Working knowledge of Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management, Azure Storage, Azure Key Vault,Microsoft Entra ID and Azure Monitor.
• 10. Experience using Visual Studio Code, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Git, CI/CD pipelines, REST APIs and Postman as partof the development lifecycle.
• 11. Practical AI literacy, with the ability to use AI-assisted tools to augment requirements analysis, solution design,development, testing, documentation and operational support while applying appropriate review and governance.
• 12. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform capabilities, including SharePoint Online, Power Apps,Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Lists, Microsoft Forms and Dataverse.
• 13. Ability to gather requirements, facilitate discussions with business stakeholders and translate process needs intosolution designs.
• 14. Experience delivering solutions in agile teams, including backlog refinement, sprint delivery, testing, releaseplanning and continuous improvement.
• 15. Strong documentation, communication and user support skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions toboth technical and non-technical stakeholders.
