Naari Pte Limited in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Accounting professional to oversee day-to-day accounting operations for the Singapore entity, including bookkeeping, GST compliance and statutory filings.

You will work closely with auditors, consultants, banks and global stakeholders, leveraging SAP, MS Excel and Xero to ensure accurate books and timely month-end closures.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in finance and accounting operations
• Singapore accounting experience preferred
• Proficiency in SAP, MS Excel and Xero
• Good understanding of GST, taxation and statutory compliance
• Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting operations, including invoicing, POs, proforma invoices, expense accounting and monthly book closure
• Maintain accurate books and oversee secretarial and statutory compliance
• Prepare and file quarterly GST returns and support statutory compliance
• Coordinate with auditors, secretarial consultants and professional advisors in Singapore and overseas
• Process daily banking and payment transactions and ensure timely payments
• Coordinate with banks for submission and processing of sales and trade documents
• Support management with financial information, reports and other accounting requirements
