Job summary

ByteDance in Singapore seeks a Senior Global Mobility Manager to oversee destination services across APAC, ensure standardized processes, and drive employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee landing destination services across APAC, standardizing processes and improving employee satisfaction.
• Assign APAC cases to vendors, ensuring high service delivery with global/local partners.
• Act as main contact for escalations, coordinating delivery and follow-up between providers and employees.
• Collaborate with Policy, HR/Operations teams to understand business needs and ensure preparedness.
• Build and update knowledge bases, train stakeholders, and maintain country-specific checklists and manuals.

Responsibilities

Destination Services Team is a part of the Global Mobility Services department. We are committed to supporting our employees at all stages of their mobility journey and providing a best-in-class destination services experience through professional management of destination service resources, ensuring the reliable adoption of standard global mobility processes and policies, and managing external vendor performance. Our services include:

• Home rental service: Assist with finding housing options, negotiating lease terms.
• Settling-in service: Assist with bank account opening, utilities set up, etc.
• Area tour service: Introduce the community facilities of the area surrounding the office and popular areas for renting.
• School search service: If there are accompanying children, share information on local schools, accompany school visits, provide guidance on the school application process, etc.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing the landing destination services in all countries in the APAC region, improving employee satisfaction scores, and standardizing operational processes.
• Assign cases in the APAC region to vendors, and ensure a high level of service delivery and employee experience by effectively cooperating with global vendors and local partners, and setting up operational processes and mechanisms, etc.
• As a key point of contact, deal directly with employees and stakeholders on escalations or complex matters, in a timely and proactive manner, including coordinating service delivery and follow-up resolution between local service providers and employees.
• Work closely with Policy team, HROP team, and business teams, understand business needs, to ensure preparedness.
• Responsible for employee experience improvement, which involves building and updating the knowledge base for all APAC countries, training both internal and external stakeholders, as well as creating and updating country-specific checklists, guidelines, and manuals.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in global mobility, destination services management, or international relocation operations, preferably within a multinational organization.
• Proven track record of managing third-party vendors or relocation management companies (RMCs) across multiple countries or regions.
• Strong understanding of relocation lifecycle processes, including home search, settling-in, and school search services.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships across all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills, high level of resilience, and the ability to adapt according to business development needs.
• Strong data analysis and logical thinking abilities, able to analyze business data from different dimensions and develop improvement plans.
