Job summary

Wintech Solutions Co Ltd in Singapore is hiring Network Engineers and IT Support Engineers for an Ericsson project across locations in India. Freshers and experienced candidates with networking and IT support knowledge are encouraged to apply. No visa sponsorship.

Role involves onsite IT and network support, troubleshooting LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi/VPN, desktop and device support, and coordination with remote teams. Training and certification support are available; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT, CS, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Basic networking concepts: TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi.
• Windows OS and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT and network support.
• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, and VPN issues.
• Support desktops, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
• Install and configure network devices and end-user systems.
• Coordinate with remote support teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain IT assets and documentation.
• Ensure timely resolution of user-reported incidents.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel or relocate as per project requirements.

Preferred

• CCNA or other networking certifications.
• Experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, NOC, Desktop Support, or Network Support roles.
