Job description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for desktop operation and maintenance, terminal management, office network and application platform implementation and operation and maintenance support, and employee IT service support, etc.
  • Participate in the implementation and management of terminals, office networks, office application platforms and security projects
  • Become a member of an international team and have the opportunity to learn and practice the cutting-edge technology and research and development phase
  • Familiar with common network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.) operation, operation and maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Have terminal security and network security product implementation and operation and maintenance experience
  • Reporting to the regional IT team leader
  • Onsite support end-users IT related services
  • Travel to support other offices

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in IT studies and equivalent
  • Fluent in speaking/writing in Chinese (to liaise with chinese speaking counterparts) and English
  • Minimally with at least 3-5 years experience in desktop support and security management in both MAC and Windows environment
  • Familiar with Mac/Windows laptop operation and maintenance
  • Familiar with Google Suite and various common office application system operation and maintenance
  • Have certain project implementation and management experience
  • Have ITIL and IT service process construction and implementation experience
  • Possess good learning ability, communication ability and problem-solving ability
  • Remote support services experience is required
  • Must be able to multitasks and working in the fast-paced environment
