Job summary

Activa Media Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a motivated Video Editor to join our content production team. You will craft engaging content for clients, edit videos and graphics, and help turn concepts into compelling visuals.

You will storyboard, script ideas, coordinate shoots, and ensure timely delivery using an editorial calendar. A strong eye for typography and design, plus proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects, is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
• Familiar with Photoshop and Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to craft innovative content for clients.
• Edit videos and graphics (unscripted and scripted) using original and archival footage.
• Plan storyboarding and scripting to turn concepts into highly watchable content.
• Identify exciting video/photo topics and arrange shoots.
• Follow an editorial calendar to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Illustrate concepts by designing layouts; submit them for approval.

Role Description

• Work collaboratively with digital marketing team mates and executives to craft innovative content for our clients.
• Edit a wide range of content in terms of videos and graphics: unscripted and scripted, using both original and archival footage (including branded content).
• Plan out storyboarding, and scripting to turn general concepts into highly watchable, sharable pieces.
• Identify exciting potential video/photo topics and arranging shoots
• Follow an editorial calendar, collaborating with other members of the content production team to ensure timely delivery of materials/postings
• Illustrate concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
• Strong eye for graphic design and typography

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects, and familiar with Photoshop, Illustrator.
