Job summary

BuildBridge Partners Pte Ltd is seeking a design coordination and planning professional to oversee design integration with construction activities on major building projects. Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in building projects.
• Background in technical design coordination and project planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage design coordination across architectural, structural, M&E, and specialist trades.
• Review design drawings, specifications, and BIM models to ensure accuracy, compliance, and buildability.
• Identify design discrepancies and drive timely resolution with consultants and subcontractors.
• Coordinate technical submissions, shop drawings, and method statements.
• Ensure designs comply with regulatory requirements and support submissions to authorities.
• Develop, review, and update the master programme and detailed construction schedules.
• Coordinate with project teams to align design milestones with construction sequence and procurement timelines.
• Monitor progress, highlight delays, and propose recovery plans.
• Support planning for temporary works, method statements, and construction methodology.
• Work closely with Project Director, PM, Site Teams, QS, and Planning teams.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities on technical and planning matters.
• Assist in evaluating technical risks, proposing solutions, and supporting technical decision-making.
• Lead design coordination meetings and planning review meetings.
