ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Design Manager in Singapore to oversee and manage design workflows throughout all project stages. You will liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors while ensuring compliance with design standards.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, a PE certification, and 6-8 years of relevant experience, particularly in LTA projects. Excellent communication skills are essential.

This role offers a 1-Year contract with competitive salary packages.

• Working Hours: 5 Days/ 5.5 Days, 44 hours per week
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + AWS + Variable bonus
• Duration: 1-Year Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the design workflow throughout all stages of the project.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities on all design-related matters.
• Contribute to design planning during tender submissions and project planning stages.
• Review and approve design submissions, ensuring compliance with project specifications and local regulatory standards for implementation.
• Lead and supervise a team of design engineers and CAD drafters to ensure timely completion of drawings.
• Address and resolve design issues efficiently to prevent delays in project progress.
• Maintain and enforce design quality standards across all phases of the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 6-8 years of relevant experience, preferably dealing with LTA projects.
• Valid Professional Engineer (PE) certification recognized in Singapore is required.
• Solid understanding of local design regulations and standards.
