The successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of civil project designs, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, budget constraints, and timelines. Your expertise will play a crucial role in transforming conceptual ideas into viable engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for r projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including geotechnical engineers, environmental specialists, and project managers.
• Review and approve design plans, calculations, and technical documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding design status and any potential challenges.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to gather data and inform design decisions.
• Evaluate and incorporate innovative design techniques and technologies to improve project outcomes.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers in best practices and technical skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of design experience in civil engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a design team.
