Job summary

Qualifications

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional certification or degree in Civil Engineering or related fields.
Preferred qualifications include a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or higher education in Engineering.
Strong background in civil engineering or precast systems.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage projects assigned by the Design Manager.
Plan and execute projects to meet deadlines.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and interdisciplinary teams.
Attend client meetings to resolve technical issues, review shop drawings, and discuss project progress.
Review and study construction drawings and specifications.
Raise RFIs for any project-related clarifications.
Prepare design calculations, shop drawings, and submit them for client approval.
Issue production drawings to the manufacturing team and ensure accuracy.
Collaborate with internal departments for design-related activities and shop drawing coordination.
Maintain and update drawing files, making corrections when necessary.
Handle additional duties as assigned by the Design Manager.
