Job summary

A leading construction contractor in Singapore is looking for a project coordinator to support the management of various trades during the design and planning phases. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering, experience in building environments, and familiarity with precast construction technologies. This role requires coordination across teams, ensuring compliance with authority requirements and enhancing project efficiency with digital processes. The ideal candidate should be proficient in software tools such as Revit and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Experience completing at least two project cycles in building environments.
• Familiarity with Precast and PPVC construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP trades during design development.
• Ensure compliance with authority requirements and regulations.
• Incorporate steel knowledge for structural planning.
