Job summary

AKK TH3X (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a design coordinator to support tender submissions and construction site design work. You will liaise with Estimating and project teams to develop efficient, cost-effective designs and ensure alignment with client and engineer approvals.

The role covers tender scheme design, construction site designs, and ad-hoc duties assigned by the Design Manager, with collaboration across departments to deliver design solutions for construction projects in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Estimating department and work with them to develop an efficient and effective design for tender submission.
• Handle design tasks (tender scheme design and/or construction site designs) as assigned by the Design Manager.
• Liaise with project team - follow up with the project team to develop an efficient and cost effective design for construction works.
• Liase with the client / Engineer - follow up and provide design justification together with the project team to obtain design approval.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Design Manager.
