Landor in Singapore is seeking a Design Director to partner with the Creative Director, steering design strategy and delivering creative excellence across bold, scalable brand worlds for world-class clients in tech, auto, finance, and more.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, drive high-stakes client conversations, and shape the visual language and experience strategy that defines brand success in a modern, digital-first world.

Qualifikationen

• Proven leadership experience in a brand-focused creative agency, with an award-winning portfolio of integrated brand systems.
• A strong balance of strategic rigor, storytelling ability, and hands-on creative craft when required.
• Fluency across modern brand ecosystems—embracing digital-first experiences, motion, and emerging AI design tools alongside tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Miro.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with natural business acumen and client relationship-building expertise.
• Based in Singapore (or willing to relocate) for our collaborative hybrid studio model.

• Lead Creative Vision: Set design direction across complex brand transformations—from initial strategy and conceptual exploration through to integrated production across digital, print, and experiential touchpoints.
• Drive Client Impact: Lead high-stakes pitches, client workshops, and senior stakeholder presentations, building trusted partnerships that unlock business growth.
• Champion Craft & Innovation: Push for award-winning, breakthrough work with a modern, digital-first mindset.
• Inspire & Grow Talent: Mentor, empower, and guide designers, fostering a culture of creative ambition and continuous learning.
• Commercial Leadership: Collaborate across Client Services and Strategy to deliver excellence on time and within commercial targets.
