Landor Singapore is seeking a Senior Designer to lead concept exploration and build scalable brand systems for regional and global clients across tech, automotive, finance, and government sectors. You will shape brand narratives from sketch to execution in a digitally-driven studio environment.

The role emphasizes leadership in brand creation, strategy translation, client presentations, and mentorship, with a strong focus on craft and collaboration within Landor’s Singapore studio.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Senior Designer within a branding or creative agency.
• A standout portfolio showcasing bold conceptual thinking, visual craft, and multi-channel brand systems.
• A digital-first approach with proficiency in modern design workflows, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and AI-enabled tools.
• Strong storytelling, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Based in Singapore.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Brand Creation: drive conceptual exploration to polished visual identity systems across digital, print, and experiential touchpoints.
• Translate Strategy: turn strategic thinking into compelling, audience-first design narratives.
• Present & Influence: confidently present creative work to internal teams and clients with clear rationale.
• Mentor & Elevate: guide junior designers and nurture studio craft and culture.
