Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in finance, economics, math or related field.
• Demonstrates strong interest in financial markets.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Basic knowledge of futures and options.

Responsibilities

• Execute derivatives and forward/future trades and other trading instructions.
• Collect and organize market data; establish a database to evaluate the market fundamentals and dynamics.
• Conduct research, analysis, and prepare regular daily/weekly reports to develop position-taking strategies.
• Maintain real-time portfolio positions for pricing and valuation.
• Reconcile trades with broker statements daily.
• Maintain accurate reporting of derivative transactions and results.
• Monitor margins/cash and optimize positions across brokers to minimize cash usage.
• Leverage AI tools and LLMs for algorithmic trading, automated execution, market analysis, and backtesting.
• Prepare reports and perform assistant tasks.
• Participate in internal meetings, overseas training, and ad-hoc tasks.
