Qualifications

• Experience with operational platforms such as Murex, or MarkitWire is preferred.
• Familiarity with GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) and their practical applications in financial operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across functions and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Validate and monitor trade lifecycle processes including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Ensure timely resolution of trade breaks and exceptions, working closely with front-office, risk, and technology teams.
• Maintain high standards of operational control and compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
• Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing automation or workflow enhancements.
• Apply GenAI tools to automate routine documentation and reporting tasks, enhance data analysis and exception handling, generate insights from unstructured data, and improve training materials.
• Participate in system testing, UAT, and implementation of new products or regulatory changes.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and collaborate with global teams to align best practices.
