Job summary

ALSTERN TECHNOLOGIES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an accomplished MEPL projects manager to lead the PM department, mentor senior staff, and drive high-value installations in the industrial sector.

You will coordinate tendering, bidding, and client communications while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across projects. The role requires extensive MEPL expertise, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Office and project management tools, with a focus on on-time, on-budget

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of working experience in management of high-value MEPL projects in industrial or commercial sectors.
• Strong MEPL and fire system knowledge and standards.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering; proficient with MS Office and project tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sustainable management plan for the PM department, mentoring managers and engineers.
• Lead project tendering and strategic bidding; oversee staff selection and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements; monitor budgets and timelines.
• Chair meetings with clients, regulators, and partners to align with strategic goals; report to investors and executives.
