Job summary

PSA Singapore is seeking an experienced IAM Leader to design, implement and govern the organization’s identity and access management program. You will drive strategic IAM initiatives, coordinate policy compliance, and lead process improvements across IT and security teams.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to align with security best practices, regulatory requirements, and industry standards, while mentoring the IAM team and promoting security awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Working knowledge of IAM frameworks, Active Directory, SSO, MFA, and regulatory standards (e.g., NIST).
• Strong team leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Commitment to staying updated on IAM trends and best practices.
