Job summary

PSA CORPORATION LIMITED is seeking an experienced IAM Lead to implement and manage the organization’s identity and access management program in Singapore. You will lead the IAM team, drive strategic initiatives, ensure policy compliance, and improve processes to safeguard critical systems.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, align with security best practices and regulatory standards, respond to incidents, and oversee tool selection and integration while delivering training and awareness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with IAM frameworks and regulatory standards (e.g., NIST).
• Proven leadership and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities include team leadership, strategic IAM initiatives, policy compliance, and process improvements. This individual will collaborate with stakeholders and ensure alignment with security best practices and regulatory requirements.
