The Centre for Autonomous Mobility (CAM) at LTA is recruiting for a Deputy / Assistant Manager, Testing & Investigation (Autonomous Mobility) to lead the development of robust AV assessment frameworks and testing protocols for national deployment in Singapore. The role focuses on safety, systems engineering, and regulatory alignment.

The candidate will oversee AV testing, analyze results, and provide expert guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders while contributing to harmonization

Qualifications

• Knowledge in relevant engineering field or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong grasp of systems engineering, including verification and validation.
• Experience in test planning and experimental design with emphasis on safety and repeatability.

Responsabilités

• Develop AV assessment framework methodologies for various platforms and testing scenarios.
• Supervise AV testing activities and review results during Deployment Readiness Assessments.
• Analyze AV platform data from testing and operations to advise on regulatory compliance.
• Engage with industry and regulators to harmonize AV standards and practices.
• Provide technical guidance on AV regulations, testing methodologies, and safety requirements.
