Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Deputy Manager - Application Support & Automation to lead the BAU/L2 support for critical business applications and to shape an AI-powered L1 support strategy. You will oversee application administration, vendor coordination, and ITIL-aligned processes while driving automation and knowledge management initiatives.

The role requires 4+ years in application support with leadership experience, hands-on ITSM tools, and ITIL Foundation certification.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in IT, CS or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in application support or ITSM with at least 1 year in a lead role.
• Proven track record delivering support automation, chatbots or virtual agents.
• Strong hands-on experience with ITSM platforms and ITIL-aligned processes.
• ITIL Foundation certification is required; Managing Professional preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage BAU/L2 support for applications, ensuring system availability and SLA adherence.
• Lead L1 AI support strategy and define knowledge framework for automation.
• Drive continuous improvement and knowledge management with runbooks and KBs.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive adoption of AI and automation across support.
