Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Application Support & Automation Assistant/Deputy Manager to own end-to-end support for business applications. The role blends BAU/L2 support with building an AI-powered L1 agent and structured knowledge catalogues.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years in application support, strong ITSM experience, and a track record delivering automation. A Diploma/ Degree in IT or CS is required, with 5 days work week. Basic up to SGD 8,000 plus allowances and AWS/bonus.
Formación
- Diploma or degree in IT, CS or related field is required.
- Minimum 4 years in application support or IT service management with at least 1 year in a lead role.
- Proven track record in delivering support automation, chatbots, or virtual agents.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms and ITIL-aligned processes.
- Experience in building knowledge bases and runbooks.
Responsabilidades
- Manage BAU and L2 support for business applications with SLA adherence.
- Lead the AI-powered L1 support project and knowledge framework development.
- Coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and security teams for resolutions.
- Drive knowledge management, runbooks, and self-service expansion.
- Monitor metrics like deflection rate and first-contact resolution.
