Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) invites a Deputy Director/Senior Assistant Director for SingCERT to lead a team in detecting, assessing, and responding to cyber threats impacting businesses and the public.

Reporting to NCIRC, you will set strategic direction, engage industries, and represent Singapore in global cybersecurity engagements while driving incident management and defense initiatives nationwide.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
• At least 10 years in IT infrastructure or cybersecurity.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in incident response.
• Experience with cyberattack investigations, forensics, and event review.

Mansioni

• Lead SingCERT’s operations in investigating and responding to cybersecurity incidents and threats, including anti-scam efforts.
• Engage stakeholders across industries, law enforcement, and leadership during incident handling and remediation.
• Shape and coordinate public and crisis communications during major cyber incidents.
• Identify and drive improvements in processes and tools to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Represent SingCERT in regional and international cybersecurity forums and working groups.
• Strengthen ties with the global CERT community through outreach and partnerships.
• Drive thought leadership and contribute to policy discussions in national cyber response.
• Drive innovation by identifying trends and turning ideas into scalable outcomes.
• Support capacity building through training, exercises, and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain strong stakeholder management with partners and stakeholders.
