Job summary

HOYA Electronics Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Deposition Engineer to support pilot line launches and new technology development in our mask blank manufacturing facility. You will collaborate with Development and R&D teams, including our Nagasaka, Japan site, to develop deposition processes, drive product transfer, and improve yield, quality, and throughput.

Qualifications

• Degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product and equipment qualification and transfer into mass production.
• Develop and optimize scalable deposition processes for mass production and yield improvement.
• Analyze factors affecting thin film properties and refine deposition parameters.
• Create and maintain detailed specifications and manufacturing instructions.
