Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd is sourcing a Team Leader for our reputable premium grocery supermarket network. You will lead a team of up to 10, plan schedules, and oversee daily operations at assigned island-wide locations in Singapore.

The role emphasizes store standards, customer service, stock control, and profitability. You will work a 6-day week (44 hours) including weekends and public holidays, with 1-2 months of training provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year of team lead or supervisory experience in Supermarket/Retail/F&B/Hospitality.
• Willing to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays (6-day week, 44 hours).
• 1–2 months training provided.
