Job summary

Dentalplus Clinic Pte. Ltd. is seeking a front desk trainee for an office-based role across three clinics in Singapore.

You’ll manage the appointment book, process payments, and handle CHAS, Medisave and insurance claims with full training provided. Five-day work week with rotating shifts including at least one weekend day; no night shifts. Start as Trainee to Business Associate in 3–6 months; promotion at 2–3 years with course sponsorship.

Qualifications

• A local diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Good written and spoken communication; organised and detail-oriented.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointments and the daily schedule
• Process payments and handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Submit and track dental claims (CHAS, Medisave, insurance)
• Maintain records and manage supplies
