Job summary

MINMED GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a dental assistant to support chair-side procedures, prepare and sterilize instruments, and help manage patient scheduling and treatment plans. You will register patients, handle dispensing and invoicing, and assist with claims processing while maintaining a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in dental assisting is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude.
• Able to take initiative and pay close attention to detail.
• Familiarity with claims and/or usage of Plato CMS an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide chair-side assistance to dentist during consultations and procedures.
• Assist in preparation and sterilization of dental instruments and environment pre- and post-procedures.
• Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, lab work and treatment plans.
• Register patients, dispense medications, generate invoices and collect payments.
• Submit insurance or claims; support in other duties as assigned.
