Job summary

PeopleSolve is recruiting a Dental Assistant for a busy Singapore clinic. The role involves assisting dentists during procedures, triaging patients, dispensing medicines, and handling payments.

You will ensure patient comfort and provide basic oral health instruction, while preparing materials, instruments and equipment for procedures. The position is full-time with locum possibilities, requiring at least 1 year of relevant experience, good communication skills, and a team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Willing to wear PPE for long hours.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Dentists during consultation and dental procedures.
• Triaging, dispensing medicines and payment support.
• Attend to patients promptly and courteously; ensure comfort and provide simple oral health instructions.
• Prepare materials, dental instruments and equipment as required.
• Sterilize instruments and prepare dental room.
• Manage appointments, data entry and records.
• Perform general housekeeping and handle ad-hoc admin duties.
