Job summary

Align Dental Surgery is seeking a Dental Assistant cum Receptionist in Singapore's Orchard Central Region for a full-time role, assisting clinicians and managing front-desk tasks to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Responsibilities include room preparation, instrument sterilisation, appointment management, and maintaining inventory. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and proficiency with dental software, and be a team player eager to learn and grow.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar patient-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with patients.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple duties.
• Proficient in using dental software and administrative tools.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Knowledge of dental procedures, equipment, and infection control practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during procedures by preparing rooms, sterilising instruments, and maintaining a clean environment.
• Greet patients, schedule appointments, and manage patient records/files.
• Handle inquiries, answer calls, and address concerns professionally.
• Maintain inventory and order dental supplies as needed.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols in the clinic.
• Provide administrative support such as data entry and filing.
