Job summary

MY DENTAL TEAM PTE. LTD. is seeking a committed Clinic Assistant to join our team in Singapore, supporting front desk operations at Holland Village and Novena locations. You will build relationships with patients and help the clinical staff deliver their best care.

In this full-time role, you will handle front desk tasks, assist doctors in procedures, sterilisation, lab work, and MOH vaccination requirements. English fluency and computer skills are essential, with 5.5 days work week.

Qualifications

• Speak and write in English (English speaking environment).
• Competence in computer skills.
• Willing to learn and work at front desk and assist Drs in all procedures.
• Willing to do sterilisation, lab and housekeeping work.
• Maintain vaccinations and medical conditions required by MOH.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with patients and walk with them through their smile journey.
• Support our clinical crew so that they can deliver their best work possible.
• Perform tasks to ensure the smooth running of the clinic.
